To schedule a service appointment, we require a trip charge deposit.
This deposit:
• Secures your appointment on our schedule
• Covers the cost of travel to your location
• Is fully credited toward your final invoice
This is not an additional fee.
It simply ensures your appointment is reserved and the technician’s travel is covered. When the work is completed, the deposit is applied to your total, and you only pay the remaining balance.
This policy helps us keep appointments reliable, reduce no‑shows, and continue offering fast, dependable service throughout Tampa.
